Mat Pilates Class

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Props are used to increase the class's difficulty and no reformer is involved. 45 minutes Thursdays at noon.

Flow class

Flow

Flow is a beginner-friendly but challenging general-level class done at a moderate pace with a fixed set of fundamental postures instructed in the vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class, working 100% of the body. 45 minutes Tuesdays at noon.

Power Scuplt

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.  It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. Classes are 45 minutes long and are divided into sections including-warm up, plank/push ups, upper body, lower body, and abs. Mondays at 5pm.

Amanda has been practicing barre since 2018, after having foot and ankle problems from running. Barre provided her with a unique and challenging workout. Amanda works in the criminal justice field. When not in the studio you can find her volunteering with a local dog rescue, hiking, and camping with her husband and 6 dogs.
